Engine 63

Engine 63 is a 2005 KME (Kovatch), 6 man cab. It's equipped with a 1250 gallon per minute pump and a 1000 gallon water tank. It carries 2000 feet of 5" supply hose, one 200 foot preconnected 3" attack line connected to a Blitz Gun as well as two, 200 foot preconnected 1 3/4" attack lines. Also equipped with a 5 KW generator with two 500 watt Quartz lights built in. Engine 63 also carries eight SurvivAir SCBAs (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) with spare bottles for each, an Echo Quick Vent chainsaw, Scott Thermal Imaging Camera, and assorted miscellaneous hand tools.

Tanker 63

Tanker 63, AKA "Puddles", is a 1999 Mack Tanker. Equipped with a 4,250 gallon tank, a Newton 10" swivel rear dump and a 600 gallon per minute pump Tanker 63 also carries a 3000 gallon portable pond used for dumping water at a fire scene. In addition, there is an assortment of hoses and nozzles in the storage compartment. Tanker 63 is rumored to be the 3rd largest tanker is the State of Pennsylvania.

Brush 63

Brush 63 is a 2008 Ford F-350 chassis with a Reading box. This vehicle is equipped with an 18 horsepower Honda pump, a 233 gallon water tank, and a 10 gallon foam tank. Preconnected to the pump are a 1 3/4" hose line, two 1" hose lines, and an electric rewind booster reel as well as many other hoses and adapters in the compartments. Brush 63 carries a Stihl chainsaw and a large assortment of handtools used to fight brush fires.

Squad 63

Squad 63 is a 1997 Chevy Suburban, and is used as our Quick Response Vehicle to assist surrounding ambulance providers. This vehicle is capable of providing the same care as a BLS (Basic Life Support) ambulance, but is unable to transport patients to the hospital. It carries sterile trauma dressings, sterile water, stethoscopes, blood pressure cuffs, a pulse oximeter, multiple sizes of splints, a hair traction splint, a portable suction unit, backboards and head immobilizers. The squad is equipped with a Heart Start FR2 AED (Automated External Defibrillator), and many other medical items and supplies.
